Quest is our recommended continuous improvement tool for leisure facilities and has been designed to measure how well a facility is operating and how effective organisations are at providing customer service.
It's been running for more than 20 years and continues to evolve with the ever-changing pace of the sport and leisure industry.
The results from Quest assessments undertaken across England will be available on the Moving Communities platform and provide key KPIs and benchmarking capability linked to customer experience and service delivery.
We aim to provide both general and specific examples of best practice and areas for improvement for the individual sites, wider organisations and the leisure industry as a whole.
Quest Foundation
A Quest Foundation Review (QFR) is a free service to every local authority in England that provides a scored and benchmarked insight into real life 'live' customer service experiences linked to a range of identified inequality groups.
The groups will include a focus on how people from lower socio-economic groups, culturally diverse communities, disabled people, people with long-term health conditions and those from often forgotten socially excluded groups, experience and interact with local leisure services.
By using the results from these independent inequalities assessments, Quest supports organisations to ensure ongoing improvement to services within local leisure centres.
The QFR's been designed by and for the industry to help managers enhance, improve, and continue to improve the quality of service provided to customers.
As a result, a QFR will have some significant benefits and better prepare local leisure services to engage, support and help those from under-represented groups to become more physically active within their own communities.
For more information about the QFR, or for any of our other Quest products please email us via email Quest@rightdirections.co.uk or phone 01582 8400078.
